As negotiations between my insurance carrier and my health care provider bogged down, my insurance carrier posted newspaper announcements, as required by law, that there was a possibility that any medical service provided by my doctors would be considered to be “out of plan” and subject to different reimbursement.

Well, this is about health insurance, and that makes people tend to change channels. Do so if you wish, but you might want to stay around for a while. I’ll try to make this interesting. This is part of an important policy issue which our Great Republic faces, and you might hear something which may not be congruent with what is generally said.
